Conditions of Trade

Payment terms:

1.1 All accounts are to be settled in full within 30 days after the end of the month during which the invoice was raised, otherwise subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on overdue accounts, until all overdue amounts are paid in full.
1.2 Payments by credit card will incur a 1.5% surcharge per transaction.
1.3 Eyre Trading Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend credit if terms of payment are not adhered to by the Applicant, or if in the opinion of Eyre Trading Pty Ltd the financial condition of the Applicant warrants such suspension of credit.

Property and risk:

2.1 Until the Applicant has paid to Eyre Trading Pty Ltd all monies owed in respect of the goods supplied by Eyre Trading Pty Ltd and which price is stated on Eyre Trading Pty Ltd’s invoice (including any interest payable in accordance with the provision of Clause 1.1 hereof) the legal and equitable title in those goods shall be and be deemed to be retained by Eyre Trading Pty Ltd.
2.2 If the Applicant becomes insolvent, commits any act of insolvency or defaults in payments to Eyre Trading Pty Ltd, Eyre Trading Pty Ltd shall have the right to retake possession of the goods supplied.
